Eden Brody Miller was born and raised in New York City. She is a graduate of the High School of Art and Design and received her BFA from the School of Visual Arts. After graduating college she attended Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy for one year.

Eden paints with acrylic paints and uses her photographs as a reference for the imagery in her paintings. Whether painting cityscapes, landscapes or animals, Eden simplifies the imagery so that the colors and shapes are a design rather than a representation. Her love of New York is reflected in her many paintings of the city.

 

Eden lives in the West Village with her husband, Daniel and their dog. They have two children in college.
